Co-Founder/Educator
Savita Vij
A passionate educator most happy in archives and learning circles. She explores our personal and public connections with cultural identities.
Her current focus is on community histories. Recent highlights include the Antiracist timeline of Birmingham 1940s-2025 with BRIG (Birmingham Race Impact Group) and 1964: Making History on Malcolm X's visit to Birmingham with the Shaheed Udham Singh Centre.

Savita has designed and delivered learning across institutions including Birmingham University, Global Online Academy, The Brilliant Club, Oxford Summer Courses, the Runnymede Trust and Talespin Talkies. In Mumbai she trained/worked in teaching and heritage practices. Her background is in Cultural Studies and Sociology which she continues to draw inspiration from.

Co-Founder
Avantika Hari Agrawal
A consummate storyteller, Avantika runs A Richer Lens production company. She brings a wealth of experience in creative digital production/writing/directing.

​She has sparked joy as the Chief Creative Officer of Appy Kids/Growl Media, Dubai which created a universe of content (shows, games, apps, toys, books) for children in the India/Mena region.
​
Avantika has previously been a Senior Lecturer at Middlesex University in Dubai where she taught Film and Journalism at the UG and PG level. Her Debut feature film – ‘Land Gold Women’ won 14 international awards including the National Award in India.
A London Film School graduate, she studied screenwriting from Stanford University and has a Bachelors degree in Digital Arts from Stetson University, Florida.

Educator
Amit Bhanot
An educator with a sense of humour, Amit brings over a decade of experience in Education in the fields of IB inquiry-led learning, curriculum creation and project based learning design.

He is currently working a local sixth form college as an English lecturer and is a regular at international summer schools. He has taught around the world including in Mumbai and Italy.
​
You can always find Amit immersed in discovering more about how we learn and applying it on the ground. ​His students vouch that he offers humour, fun and enthusiasm as well as pushing for academic stretch.
​
He trained as a personal development coach and lawyer dabbling in criminal and immigration law. He also spent a decade supporting skills development training for learners facing socio-economic obstacles.
